Wine In A Glass also provides the unique service of copacking for wineries or businesses/events with their own wine.

This service includes filling our glasses with your wine (which comes with no extra costs, unless the wine needs to be filtered. Please note that if the wine is not filtered correctly, a cost of $100 per filter change will be applied) and padprinting our glass with your label - which comes at a price of 10c/unit.

Copacking requires a minimum order of 500L.

Wine requirements for copacking

  • Wine must be ‘bottle ready'
  • A pH level of > 3.3
  • A CO2 level of < 800mg/L (Wine In A Glass can reduce Co2 level with nitrogen sparging prior to bottling if necessary)
  • Minimum delivery of 500L
  • A filtration of <45um absolute
  • Finished to suit inert atmosphere packaging in PET.
  • Wine must be of a good quality and samples must be provided with order.
  • Full wine specification must accompany delivery of wine.

The wine is packaged in a way to lock in the wine characteristics for, 10-12 months for white wines and 16-18 months for red wines.

Customising your Wine In A Glass

To customise your order, Wine In A Glass offers the unique opportunity to dress our glasses with your own private label.

Pad printing can be used for copackaged wine, or wine bottled by Wine In A Glass.

Please note that for orders less than 500L, the Wine In A Glass logo will appear on the back of the glass.

Please note that orders are only available with 187mL units.

Any private labels have an initial cost of $100.00 in order to create the artwork. Any reorders with the same private label will not attract this cost. Pad printing your own private label incurs a cost of 10c/unit.

Artwork requirements for pad printing:

  • 33mm high x 33mm wide.
  • Maximum line thickness of 1.5mm.
  • Must be supplied as a high resolution vector .pdf or .ai.
  • All colours are available.

We can arrange our in-house graphic designer to produce a suitable image if required.
